I hate getting ready for work. Going into the office, lack of caffeine, and getting up waaaay earlier than one should be up...AND having to make decisions and match before coffee? No thanks!

SO, I made a little something to help ya out, girlfriend: THE WORKWEAR CAPSULE WARDROBE!

I had so much fun making my summer capsule wardrobe, received so much feedback that it served y'all well, AND received lots of requests on TikTok to do a work one! And your wish is my command, so here we goooo!

First off, I want to make sure that I am sharing things that are accessible to all price points. So I complied my favorites from Express and Amazon to build the majority of the pieces in the wardrobe. (Also, Spanx, Target, and Abercrombie). But, I also wanted to ensure that these things would be true capsule wardrobe editions--meaning they can last being worn over and over without fade.

I've included variations of pieces that can be styled to create countless outfit options that will make you look like the business baddie you are--minimal effort required!

What Is A Capsule Wardrobe?

A capsule wardrobe is a variety of wardrobe staples that can be mixed and matched to create tons of outfit ideas!

I personally like to work with a color pallet of neutrals--I find it's easier to style neutrals a variety of ways. Which gives you more outfit options, with less clothes!

I created this blog post to help you create a work capsule wardrobe of your own. I've included workwear basics that I love; and made sure that it is friendly to all budgets! All of the pieces in this capsule wardrobe can be worn and styled to create endless outfit combinations!

Essentially: this will simplify your life, rid your closet of clutter, AND keep you from spending way more than necessary on workwear!

You can find the tops, bottoms, shoes & accessories that I share here linked on my Like To Know It. When you shop my links on LTK, it helps to support my blog--so thank you SO much for supporting me!! :) You can get directly to my LTK by clicking here!

Bodysuits:

I love bodysuits for work--they're easy to layer under a cardigan or blazer. I love how versatile they are--they always look chic and polished with dress pants or a skirt.

I've linked affordable options from Amazon, Express, and Abercrombie!

Tops:

These tops are all buildable basics, working off of a neutral pallet--so they can be styled a variety of different ways! All of the tops you see here are under $50!

Pants:

In my opinion, work pants are the foundation of a good work wardrobe. You want to have work pants in your wardrobe that are quality, comfortable, and durable (so they can last for years to come). This is the one piece that is definitely worthy of being an "investment" piece. Think of the "buy once, cry once" mentality. These are the foundation of your wardrobe, so you want to have quality that you can trust. I've linked my all time favorites from Express and Spanx.
