I know why that is and how to fix your problem so you never have to have that feeling again! The answer? Building a capsule wardrobe!

The reason why you find yourself in that conundrum is because you don’t have elevated basics you love.

The purpose of a capsule wardrobe is to build your closet to have basics that you love that can be styled many different ways for many different occasions.

Building a capsule wardrobe seriously changed my life. I spend WAY less money on clothes because can wear the same pieces I love for multiple occasions. And I never have to stress about what to wear.

If you build a capsule wardrobe, you'll have a more minimalistic closet, endless outfit combinations that work & love everything you own.

What is a capsule wardrobe?

A capsule wardrobe is a variety of wardrobe staples that can be mixed and matched to create tons of outfit ideas!

I personally like to work with a color pallet of neutrals--they're the most versatile and easiest to mix and match, which means more outfit options. Also, elevated neutral basics just give you that 'effortlessly chic' style.

I created this blog post to help you create a capsule wardrobe of your own. I've included basics that I love (primary all ones that are under $50!) that can be worn and styled to create endless outfit combinations!

Tops

What I recommend is getting quality basics in neutral colors. For example, white, nude, and black are endlessly versatile.

All of the tops I'm sharing are are incredible quality and will last you for seasons to come! Plus, they match seamlessly with all of the bottoms in the Capsule Wardrobe!

Shorts

A variety of washes of denim provide a lot of versatility in your wardrobe. These are all shorts I love and swear by--and I am SO picky when it comes to jean shorts.

Pants

I swear by Abercrombie denim. The curve love jeans were a game changer for me--they hug your curves in all the right places and come in extra short, short, regular, long, extra long and sizes 23-37! I also included two pairs of pants that you could dress up for work or dinner!

Dresses
